  • What are the steps to buy a home?

    It is actually a very simple few step process. We'll show you our area and the homes we offer. If everything checks out in your eyes then we'll work with you and our mortgage lender to get all the finances straight. Then lastly, we'll decide if you want to move into one of our homes finishing every month or build you another one you may prefer more.

  • What if i'm not ready to build yet?

    Our best suggestion would be to go our monthly payment plan for a homesite. That would then give you the security of owning a piece of land that is ready to be built on. When the time comes and you're ready to move to Florida. You now have a homesite ready to be built on or if you no longer want to build on your homesite and rather move directly into a home we have finishing. We would then use your homesite as a downpayment for one of our new homes. One of the many perks of doing direct real estate.

  • When is the best time to buy/build a house?

    A good answer would be today, figuring Florida homes are rapidly appreciating. But our answer is when the time is right for you. We'll work side by side with you to make sure the house is exactly how you want and your budget is kept.
